Warranty &
RMA Policy
Customer must obtain a RMA NO
from Australia
Pro-Image before returning any Products.
The RMA number must be prominently displayed
on the outside of the return package. Customer
will be notified about the cost to repair the
product after examination by RMA department,
for products that out of warranty, customer
shall pay expenses for shipment of repaired
or replacement products to and from Australia
Pro-Image. For products that still in
warranty, customer shall pay expense for shipment
to our RMA site. Any Products must include any
available product serial number, a detailed
description of the problem experienced, and
proof of the original
retail purchase date. Products must be
properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Damage resulting from improper packaging will
not be covered by this warranty. All products
returned should be shipped to; Unit
9, 35 Dunlop Road Mulgrave, VIC 3170
Allegedly defective Products returned to Australia
Pro-Image will be carefully tested, if
it found by RMA department on examination not
to be defective, the products will be returned
to customer at customer's expense. will charge
the customer for examination and testing.

Please fill the RMA
form that provide by sales or RMA department,
you can fill out and submit the RMA request
on the web also. For details, please Click
the Link at buttom of this page.
Please fill out the form as detail as
possible, the description such as "DEAD",
"Don't work" are not acceptable.
We will confirm the RMA number or contact
with you within 24 hours upon the time
we receive your request.
Caution:
Please packing all RMA returned goods
very carefully. Australia
Pro-image takes no responsibility
for the damages during transportation.

the product with original packing without
Accessories |

Returns
the products without any accessories, such
as Bracket, Power code...... If you include
these parts in necessary. please note clearly
both in the RMA form & packing list,
Australia Pro-image
does not take the responsibility in case
of lose during transportation.

| 3.
Confirm the RMA charge |

After
the examination to your returned products,
RMA department will issue a quotation to
you; no action should be taken before your
confirmation. A formal invoice will be issued
when the repairing is done, please sign
back and pay the repairing charge, and fully
payment must be made before shipment. |

| 4. Shipping
back to the customer |

Normally
Australia
Pro-Image ships RMA returns by us
via Star courier for Melbourne metropolitant
customers and via McPhee for other customers
within Australia. Customer will be noticed
after shipping. Please check with RMA department
within 3~5 days after received shipping
information, in case of nothing received.
