1. Payment Terms:

We accept authorized company cheques and Direct Deposit, where the proof of deposit is to be faxed back to us before we can dispatch the goods for you. All interstate customers are required to pay by Direct Deposit.

2. Freight and Delivery:

Delivery can be arranged by us via Star courier for Melbourne metropolitant customers and via McPhee for other customers within Australia. We have full list of Standard freight charge list for Melbourne metropolitant area customers and Sydney customers, please send your request to sales@aproimage.com.au to obtain this information. Other areas' customers, please quote us perior placing your order.

3. Warranty:

Australia Pro-Image provides a full 12 calendar months warranty on all components and peripherals, unless otherwise specified in the price list. If the item is under warranty, we will repair or replace the products within 3 working days of its receipt, unless there is a shortage of the product(s).

4. Goods Return:

Australia Pro-Image will not accept any return of goods once sold, unless faulty. Australia Pro-Image may accept return of goods under special agreement if none of the components are missing, but the credit amount will be issued under the current price, and 15% of the credit amount will be charged for processing costs.

5. Risk and Title:

All goods supplied by Australia Pro-Image are at the Buyer's Risk immediately on delivery but title to the goods shall remain with Australia Pro-Image until all monies owing by Buyer have been paid in full.
